Coaching From Someone Who's Been There
I spent a career learning what your goalie needs to know now.
CGG is the system I didn't have — built so the next generation doesn't start from scratch.

Why CGG Exists
I left home at 14 to chase this game. Prep school in Ontario. D1 hockey at St. Lawrence. A national championship at Adrian College. Professional hockey. I made it to every level I aimed for.
But at the end of my career, I finally understood something I wish I'd known at 14: the goalies who keep climbing aren't always the most talented. They have a relentless desire to improve — every single day, searching for every competitive advantage they can find. They develop a process and they execute it ruthlessly. They understand their game well enough to self-correct in real time. They don't need someone in their ear telling them what to fix — because they already know.
I couldn't give that to the 14-year-old version of myself. I ran out of time. But I can give it to your goalie — right now, at exactly the age where it still matters. That's what CGG is built to do.
The CGG Philosophy
Most goalies work hard. The problem isn't effort — it's that they're collecting reps without building real understanding. CGG is built on three beliefs that change that.
Systems Over Skills
Most training builds isolated skills. CGG builds systems — technical, physical, and mental — that connect to real game performance. Your goalie doesn't just get better at drills. They get better at hockey.
Understanding Over Instruction
We don't just tell goalies what to do. We teach them why it works, when to use it, and how to recognize when it breaks down. That ability to self-correct is what separates goalies who keep developing from the ones who plateau.
Year-Round Progression
Development is cumulative. Summer prepares. In-season sharpens. Every CGG program connects to the next — so your goalie is always building forward, never starting over.
