Eight weeks of on-ice development, off-ice conditioning, and mental performance — all connected by a coaching team that knows your goalie's game. June through July.
Most goalies this age have been collecting skills — skating, butterfly, conditioning. But the pieces don't hold together when it counts. That's not an effort problem — it's a coaching problem. Nobody's been there to show how technique, conditioning, and mindset actually reinforce each other. Development gives your goalie that connection, with a coach and a system that tie it all together.
Every on-ice session connects to the off-ice work, which connects to the mindset tools — and your coaching team shows you exactly how each piece supports the others. Six semi-private on-ice sessions. Eight off-ice sessions built directly around your on-ice work. CGG App between sessions. The full picture — guided by a coach who knows where your goalie is right now.
Eight weeks from now, your goalie doesn't just have more skills — everything they've been building starts working together. They understand how their skating supports their saves, how conditioning supports their technique, and what they're building every time they step on the ice. They walk out with a pre-game routine, real training habits, and a coaching team that already knows their game heading into the season.
On-ice sessions never expire. Any unused sessions roll to the next training cycle — they don’t disappear. Life happens. We build that in.
Yes — and you'll feel it week to week. Development is structured around progressive phases, so each week builds on the last. By Week 8, your skating and saves will be more connected, your conditioning will support your technique, and you'll have real training habits to carry into the season.
Most camps drill skills in isolation with large groups. Development is different in two ways: format and connection. Semi-private means you actually get coached — individual attention instead of just group instruction. And the whole program is designed to connect what you do on the ice to what you do off it, so the off-ice sessions aren’t filler — they’re part of why the on-ice work improves.
Development is built for goalies ages 11–14 who have basic butterfly mechanics and want to connect their individual skills into one complete game. If you’re 8–11 or still building fundamental position skills, Foundation is the better starting point. If you’re 14+ and already training consistently at a competitive level, Performance is worth looking at.
Eight weeks. Connected technique, conditioning, and mindset. Built for ages 11–14 — and designed to make the pieces click.
